Hey! I'm Brian, Founder of Skelly Sports and the first person to turn athletic highlights into a beautiful, tangible video book product. 

A little about me, I'm a former college and elite high school basketball coach. I have also made highlights for athletes/produced content for teams for years.

The idea for Career Book tracks back to about 2019 when I was an Assistant Coach at Montverde Academy. In addition to being an Assistant Coach, I was also the social media content creator for the team.

Excited about this role I dove into Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro & even a little After Effects. That year I taught myself how to make great content and our social media platforms all reaped the benefits. 

Since that time, I've made highlights on the side for athletes as well as made vacation travel videos for friends. The travel videos are actually what sparked the idea for the tangible product. Shortly after one of my best friends got married he and his wife went on a couple of trips around the country and asked me to create a video that they could put in a video book they bought.

This prompted me to wonder if I could put athletes' highlights into a video book that they can keep around forever. They could show their friends and families even their kids years later. My goal of course was to make something high quality that people would be proud to display. I ran it by some former athlete friends of mine and they all said it sounded like something they wished they had to remember their careers with. So I set about it.

After about a year of working to turn this idea into a business, we are officially live.  I couldn't be happier with how the product itself turned out and I know you will love it too.
